About Mardi himal trek

Mardi Himal Trek is a relatively new trek in the Annapurna region of Nepal. It will take you to the base camp of Mardi Himal, a mountain located in the eastern part of the Annapurna range. The hike offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna Range, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) Mountain and the surrounding valleys. Mardi Himal Trekking is a moderate intensity trek and takes around 6-9 days depending on the route you choose and the pace of your trek. The starting point for the hike is Kande, a short drive from the lakeside town of Pokhara. From Kande, the trek takes you through lush forests, traditional Gurung villages and alpine meadows before reaching Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4,500 meters above sea level. Along the way, you can experience local culture, admire the majestic landscapes of the Himalayas and interact with the friendly locals. The best times to hike the Mardi Himal are from March to May and September to November when the weather is clear and the sky is clear blue. All in all, Mardi Himal trekking is a good choice for those looking for a quieter and less crowded experience in Nepal while enjoying the beautiful mountain views and rich cultural experience.
